Carrier Grade Switch
Since we control our own carrier grade switch, we provide superior back-up capabilities including services for re-routing all incoming calls during an emergency interruption to cell or other phones. We are currently the only carrier providing secure calling through a carrier switch using Transport Layer Security (TLS) to enhance privacy.
BBTelsys Business
BBTelsys strives to increase the effectiveness of small, medium, and enterprise business processes delivered during a transition to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) while simultaneously reducing current telephone bills. We provide a host of integrated business services including: business quality telephone connections using the internet (SIP Trunks), hosted PBX applications, softphone services, conferencing, e-faxing, unified communications and “one number” solutions. Our products are enabled for any high-speed internet connection including WiMax, Wifi and other wireless technology while adopting open standards for fixed-mobile communications using smart phones. Multi-site operations and virtual workers can share seamless integration.
Wholesale Integration
We offer wholesale residential services to Internet Service Providers, carriers, building managers, residential communities, or private cable operators.
Customer Support
Together with Value Added Resellers (VARs), BBTelsys provides our customers a tailored design approach to assist with the proper technology selection and follow-thru on project implementation. We provide unique hybrid implementations of hosted and customer premise equipment. We assist with proper network analysis, configuration, and equipment recommendation to ensure high quality voice is obtained prior to cutover. BBTelsys delivers a personal experience, flexibility, and US-based support personnel to create high customer satisfaction.
