Business Hosted Voice Plans
A hosted IP phone service can help reduce phone costs plus the complications and capital expenses associated with setting up PBX equipment to serve you. BBTelsys hosted customers receive the simplicity of one bill without spending large sums on infrastructure. Our hosted service includes advance communication applications and plans typically have "Unlimited" calling to the continental U.S. and Canada for one known low monthly fixed expense. Applications are kept state-of-the-art by BBTelsys without our customers making further system investments. There are rapid telecommunication technology changes occurring and our hosted plan allows for current and future capabilities such as greater fixed-mobile convergence. The plans work with most standard SIP-enabled phones and nearly any high-speed internet connection. Today's internal data networks and internet service are generally robust enough to handle calls at a high quality, but it is recommended to first evaluate your network to maintain high business quality phone service.

Our standard business plan is designed with all the basics you expect in a business office line and can be used either standalone or for office extensions. The basic plan comes with voicemail, a web portal to manage numerous calling features, a business listing, plus "Unlimited" continental U.S. and Canada calling for standard business usage. International calls are charged incrementally.

The 500 minute plan is designed for the phone extension which has limited periodic use. It comes with 500 standard outbound minutes and our standard BB Basic features. Above the 500 minute level, calls are charged at the rate of 3.5 cents/minute.

BB Softphone:
|
A softphone allows you stay connected while traveling through a computer. Our softphone plan allows customers to both send and receive calls from any customer in the world with a phone line and is incorporated into your business group. The plan comes with 300 minutes of outbound minutes and extra minutes are charged at the rate of 3.5 cents per minute (for continental U.S. and Canada). It requires the customer to be able to download and run appropriate software and have an appropriate microphone, headset, or other two-way voice device. BB Softphone's prerequisite is a BB Basic or Elite plan for the group.
